The Consultancy is situated in the centre Olney in the North of Buckinghamshire. It was founded as a partnership in 1978. In 1995 the partnership was incorporated as a limited company with two directors, Stuart Thomas and Keith Gasson. Stuart Thomas had previously gained extensive experience with Ove Arup, Oscar Faber and as a Senior Structural Engineer at Milton Keynes Development Corporation. Keith Gasson had previously worked for Jenkins and Potter and as a senior structural engineer at Milton Keynes Development Corporation. Stuart Thomas has recently retired from full time work but remains as Company Secretary and as support during periods of high work load. To cope with current CDM requirements the directors have involve themselves in Planning Supervision work over the past 10 years and have been directors of a sister company (an APS member firm) formed with local Surveyors and Architects solely to carry out this role. Our clients include small and medium scale Developers with a wide variety of interests, local Architects, and Contractors. We are also employed by Local Authorities including Milton Keynes Council, Hospital Authorities including Milton Keynes Hospital Trust, and Government bodies with establishments in the local area.
